I brought them a very stained seersucker suit. 2 dry cleaners were unable to get them out. Liberto on Willow - got all of the stains out! Saved the life of a suit! I enthusiastically recommend Libertos on Willow!

The dress we brought in for cleaning had been in a storage unit for an unknown amount of time. When we purchased it , it had a smell of cat pee permeated into it, and the heat had caused some of the glittered parts had made the dress stick together. The dress is covered in beading and embroidery and layers of tulle.. a very difficult feat to cleanse. They were up for the challenge though. They literally took it on as a challenge, not giving up until we got the dress to pristine condition. They kept reaching for solutions. And after 3 trips to the cleaners to check in the dress- they accomplished the goal. The dress is free of odors, unglued in the spots that had melded together from the heat, and renewed to pristine condition. On top of all the the owners even expressed gratitude for the work as they knew it was a dress for my daughters quinceañera. We were so happy to be so well thought of in th face of the ordeal it seemed we were causing to have this dress restored and cleansed. I’m forever grateful for their service, support, and kindness. I had SO many spots from spills and dirt on the train of my ballgown… it was silk and beautiful and I really did not expect to have it completely clean but they did it again! If you have anything that is valuable and has stains don’t bring it anywhere else but Libertos on Willow. They are the best! Friendly and knowledgable about cleaning expensive fabrics.

Needed to have a long formal dress cleaned for my daughter. It was done quickly and professionally. They are the absolute best cleaners in town. We will only use Liberto’s.
