Convenience was the best the pickup representative was very informative of my questions and very pleasant by us being first time customers we will be continuing our services. We had a death in the family and your timing was perfect. Thank you so much.

I’ve generally been satisfied with Rick‘s cleaners been using them for years. This time, however I am missing trousers and I’m missing shirts and they don’t know where they are. They said they’ll check hopefully they’ll get back to me and find them.

Thankfully Rick’s relocated to an area I frequent. Thanks so much for that. Remember cha Cleaning customer for over 35 years or more

WORST dry cleaning experience I have ever had. There is a reason why they have horrible reviews on yelp. I took in my duvet to be cleaned, they give it back to me with large bleach like spots. The duvet was beige with stripes— completely ruined. I tell them and they said it was like that when it was brought in which was a lie. They then provide a photo of “proof”…the photo is timestamped when I had brought it BACK in to complain. The entire time they insinuated I was lying and that they don’t have any liquids that could have caused these large bleach like stains on my duvet. This back and forth went on for THREE MONTHS, they only agreed to refund me after I threatened legal action. Horrible customer service and attitude

Poor customer service. I already paid for my service and during pickup the lady at check out was demanding more money. She could not even explain why was it charged. They just up charged without my consent. No phone calls nothing to verify and only harassing me during pickup up. Then she asked me to call customer service the number that’s posted on their window. When I picked up my phone to call, she said no one will answer since someone named Daniel already left. So bizarre!
I’ve been to other locations and no issues whatsoever. But this location is not professional and asks for more money during pickup so be aware!
