First of all, there were 3 customers ahead of me and one sails person. He took care of us all at the same time. What a juggling act he did. He answered ever question we all through at him. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Oh and the person that came and put down the carpet was on time and very professional. 5 stars to him. For me he was in and out in two hours. A totally happy customer

Metro Carpet was so easy to work with. I needed carpet in a small room in 3 days but was not able to actually go to the store due to my schedule. I called and this wonderful man texted me photos of my choices, used the measurements I gave him and was here exactly when I needed it installed (3) days.
This was unheard of to me and I couldn’t be happier. I have never dealt with such a helpful and accommodating carpet store. I couldn’t be any happier and I will never use another carpet store.

Albert is very nice and the prices are good BUT I was not happy with the installation. There are seams showing everywhere. I have to pay someone to come out and redo the seams and stretch the carpet because they didn't use a power stretcher. I would buy my carpet from them again but hire my own installers...

I must have had a gun to my head when I wrote that review 2 years ago. The only reason why we went with this company is because Costco had a contract with them. We trusted Costco so we trusted Metro Carpet. Needless to say, Costco is now replacing our carpet with the top of the line carpet from ANOTHER carpet retailer. Metro Carpet LOST their contract with them due to excessive "shady" business. Shocking! Our carpet looks like it's 20 years old when it's barely 2 years old. The quality of the carpet is ridiculous. Terrible! They charged us $500 for labor and $250 for carpet and pad! They had to recoup their cost somehow since Costco took a cut! Again...shocking! We were unaware of this since the receipt was not legible. All I can say is thank goodness we purchased it through Costco with a lifetime warranty!! Our beautiful, new, top of the line carpet will be installed very soon! Did I mention...FREE OF CHARGE??!! How Metro Carpet is still in business is beyond me! I am sure there are customers who are out a lot money and left with horrific results in their home with nasty, poor quality, carpet. I feel bad for them. Good luck if you still decide to do business with this company!!!
