Ian was on it from day one! I messaged randomly on the realtor.ca app and he was calling me within the hour. His positive energy came through the call. He set up showings so fast! He is prompt to answer text messages and calls. He even set up a route on a map for our showings! We found the perfect place with him! He was straight forward and honest, which is so important to me! I highly recommend him! You will not regret it!

Chris and Ian are a great team!
Chris did most of our showings when we were looking for a new home, while Ian was helping us sale our home.
Ian and Chris were always available for us and answered all the questions that we had! Our home was sold out pretty fast, Ian went over and beyond to make sure we were ready to sale!
Chris was so patient with us, we found our new home. We are so excited.

Ian is the best realtor my husband and I have ever dealt with. He is very professional, and was great at staying in contact with us.
