Vector converted us to a digital/cell system after 20 years of service. The installation took only a few hours, the tech was very professional and in the end we were able to add some features not previously svailable. We're happy with the process and outcome.

Tim was very detailed and explained everything clearly. The install was clean and the adjustment of the cameras was to our liking. He was very helpful in showing us the app and how to use and disarm our system. Explained the options available within the system and we are very happy we decided to go with Vector Security.

Our alarm system was 16 years old and required an upgrade due to some parts being unavailable if maintenance was required. Tim and Abraham installed the new system along with some additional upgrades. They were awesome! They installed everything and tested everything. They went over everything with my husband and myself. They answered all questions and went over any steps again when we asked without hesitation. I am truly impressed with their skills, knowledge, and professionalism. They were Outstanding! Thank you Vector Security for sending such nice technicians! We would recommend VS to our friends. 5 Stars!
