Rich from Relay Fire and Safety sent us an email for a quote as an AD so I responded with a simple email asking for pricing and for more information on what's needed to get started with an inspection. He started calling our customer service line instead of emailing any information over or trying to schedule a call, so I was not available. When I called back he was very rude, said my email was vague and compared me to customers that didn't follow thru as if that would matter to me. Cutting me off as I talked, he lacks professionalism and we dodged a bullet. I do not recommend & I don't care how long he's been with the company talking to him was a waste of my time.

We had Relay Fire and Safety out to complete our annual inspection at our store, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The technician was professional, courteous, and efficient, completing everything quickly without disrupting our business. They were thorough, answered our questions, and made the entire process seamless. It's always refreshing to work with a company that values both great service and professionalism. Highly recommend!

I’ve used Relay multiple times, and each time was after hours. They promptly arrived, resolved the issue, and thoroughly tested the systems to ensure everything was functioning correctly. I highly recommend Relay for their prompt and efficient service.

Relay fire and safety has been handling the required inspections, maintenance and repairs of the aging sprinkler system in our church for the past several years. Their technicians are knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I would recommend them to anyone who needs service on their fire sprinkler system.
