Addition: the manager called me and harassed me for leaving a review. He kept asking why I would do such a thing and I simply said to “warn other drivers” as I felt it was my obligation to warn others on the roads to be careful around this driver for their safety. He then got aggressive in which I began recording the phone call in which he hung up. If you are not speaking in a professional manner enough to be recorded then maybe you shouldn’t say anything at all.

This driver caused an accident on 95 South this afternoon by speeding and cutting people off. He then kept going. I took the exit off of broad st and out of no where he cut me off and slammed on brakes in front of me on west broad st. Terrible customer service on the phone when I called regarding this. All she said was that she can’t do anything about it unless I give my personal information over. Dashcam footage will be turned into the authorities. BE AWARE OF THESE DRIVERS ON THE ROAD

Last July, I had a giant Willow Oak fell on my tiny house. It was over the rainy weekend and on Monday Virt Frick was the first one out there to monitor the tree removal and ensure the tarp was secured. From there, I immediately decided that I would go forward with them for repairs. I had ZERO regrets. Mike was my project manager and he took care of me. He ensured the insurance company had follow through and worked with them so I didn't have to. He was so thorough! The work done was high quality with attention to details. I was very happy with the trim work, roofing, floors and dry wall. Paige & Angela were incredibly helpful and professional. They were responsive and made sure Mike got my messages. They are clearly the engine that runs that office! Never did I feel neglected or overlooked. My questions were addressed in a timely mannerI would recommend them again.

I recently experienced a water disaster and my whole kitchen was flooded… I hired Walker and Frick as contractor for the remediation; and they were nothing short of outstanding! They replaced flooring, cabinets, and painted and I am so grateful… All craftsmen were polite, neat , and efficient! Thanks for all of your professionalism and a job well done !

We have had many experiences with contractors and Walter and Frick was by far the best we’ve had. We worked with David and from day 1, he was extremely responsive, his team was prompt and helpful, and he walked us through each set of the process. They always cleaned up so well when they were finished for the day and did a beautiful job repairing flooring in our home. Couldnt recommend them enough!!

I had a really good experience working with Russ, my project manager, and Paige, the office when having major repairs done to my kitchen. I was referred to Walker and Frick through my insurance company and am I glad they did! The subcontractors were extremely skilled and professional and got my hardwood flooring, granite counter tops, and drywall repaired and painted as quickly as possible. Communication was great throughout the entire process and I really felt confident working with these guys. Highly recommended.
