Bryan R and Seth H were fantastic, quick and very knowledgeable with the Settle Stop Poly job they did on my mom's property. Communication was given before the job and after which IS HUGE for me since I am not on the property. Having to rely on communication is what makes sticks on my mind for quality customer service. I had an excellent experience with the JES team! Freddy Zavaleta and his crew did an outstanding job addressing water intrusion in my basement and installing a water management and sump pump system.
Freddy and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of the process. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and the respect they showed for my home. They minimized damage and disruption, kept the work area in excellent condition, and finished by walking me through the completed work and providing clear maintenance instructions.
I highly recommend JES team for their excellent workmanship, professionalism, and genuine care for their customers' homes.

Our front walkway had separated and sunk down from the driveway edge due to years of settlement helped by water run off from some downspouts. JES Foundation Repair was the most responsive, professional, and customer service oriented of all the companies I reached out to for quotes. Mack came to inspect the job and was more thorough than I was. He took the time to explain the company and the procedure, while inviting any questions I had. Once the contract was signed and the job scheduled, Bryan and Chris came to do the concrete work. They also asked if we had any questions and let us know what we could expect as a result. They took care of the job in less than an hour. We're very happy with the entire process and the results!

We had JES encapsulate our crawl space. All of the insulation had fallen down and the floor was not protected. The crew that came out to do our install (John, Paibai and Mohammad) were fantastic. They did a great job and worked very quickly. They kept me informed of what they were doing and how it was going. The transformation is incredible. I want to thank them for their hard work and great attitudes. They took great pride in making sure everything looked good and was done correctly. They explained all that was done and showed me the final product. I would recommend highly.

Shannon came out and did an excellent job from start to finish. He took the time to clearly explain the project and the entire process involved in correcting our foundation and structural issues, which really helped put us at ease.
