They let someone skip us (we said something right away before she even started ordering) who then didnt even know what she wanted and asked a million questions and literally took 15 minutes to order. We were literally ready to just leave and drive further away from where we going just to go to another location, and it actually wouldve been faster if we had done that. Then when she was finally done ordering, the girl working at the register just walked away and ignored us when we asked if we could (FINALLY) order. Eventually another employee came to take our order because she was ignoring us. The female employee was rude and my sister who was with me has issues with her almost everytime she comes to this location, which is often because its right by her house. She also gave us a watered down smoothie which has happened to my sister multiple times with her.

My coworkers and I ordered regularly from here and its always fantastic. The staff is always super nice and the smoothies are worth every penny and the food is delicious too! 😁🤌

Maria, Sofia, and Tiona are amazing people. They have good energy! They say hello and are always smiling. Food and smoothie are always good, I get the chipotle chicken club with extra bacon and a peanut butter cup with whey protein. 10/10 service, atmosphere, and food. They always keep me coming back just for their energy!

Just picked up an order from this place. I did an online order, had 3 workers inside the building 1 lady working hard and the other two doing absolutely nothing! Paid for two bags of chips and did not receive them with my order and forgot my smoothies so I had to ask for them and got my smoothies melted! Usually this location does great but very disappointed with the results tonight. And I tipped them before hand! Do better tropical.

The bathrooms are really clean as well as the store. The smoothies are always delicious. employees are super friendly (esp morning shift) and one in particular (im sorry I didn’t get her name) has gone out of her way to make my smoothie how I like it. She worked in the morning during the week if that helps.
