This is literally how they handed me my drink. No where near filled to the top, and when I asked they said “it’s like that if you don’t get cold foam”. No one asked about cold foam nor does that make sense… this is the second time I’ve gotten horrible service here. The morning staff is not very friendly.

Absolutely used to love there coffee, disappointed my coffee wasn't hot barely warm, i was excited about taking my wife there for her first visit. We shared her coffee and threw mine out. How do you not know if your serving coffee that isn't hot. Nobody else in line but us. 2 coffees and 2 birthday pops 17.00, will not be back. You hold my coffee in your hand and you can't tell it's not hot. The lady working the window had a shirt on and it said her name was Dick. I couldn't make this up if i wanted to. Service like that , it's only a matter of time before this place closes. We didn't have time to turn back and ask them for another coffee. My asked me if we should stop at speedway to heat it up in a microwave. I told her no and dumped it out. It's time to take a look at your employees. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

This place is a hit or miss. I love their coffee and the signature drinks. However, some of the staff members are rude. For instance, one time I put in an order and I told the lady that it was wrong. She told me that she wasn’t the one who put the order in. I would make requests not to have whipped cream on top of my drinks and it’ll have whipped cream on them. I would tell them it’s not supposed to have it, and they give me an attitude when it says on the order. But what frustrates me most is that I pay close to $10 for a drink, not only for them to get it wrong but also for them not to fill up the drinks all the way. But again, they’re not always consistent. Somedays they get the order right and have nice staff, other days, you don’t. I guess it’s a chance if you’re willing to take.

I’m very excited to have discovered Caribou coffee!!…. The espresso whip is my favorite. Vanilla Carmel latte’s are my go to and are delicious. Rewards program is awesome too!

I’ve been to other Caribou locations, but this was my first time at this one. Caribou is a recent addition to the growing number of coffee shops (both chains and independents). This location is drive-thru only with a walk-up window. It’s a cute teal-painted building with a few patio tables outside, but no indoor seating.

I received a friendly greeting from the staff at the window and ordered a Chai Latte. I asked for whole milk, but the only option was half-and-half. I also ordered the White Chocolate Raspberry Scone, which they offered to warm up on a plate.

It didn’t take long to get my order. Since it was a nice day, I sat outside — pleasant enough, aside from the occasional car coming through. The drink was just okay: a bit weak and really could have used more chai mix. The scone was too sweet, with a texture closer to a muffin than a true scone.

Worth a try, but not a spot I’d choose over independent coffee shops nearby.
