The company was originally A-1, and it was always a pleasure doing business with them. Unfortunately, they were bought out by Summit, and the experience has gone downhill ever since. If you’re looking for great service, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Each time I’ve called for assistance, the person answering the phone (Dona) has been extremely rude. The first time, I tried to overlook it, thinking maybe she was just having a bad day. I gave them another chance on a different day, but the attitude was even worse.

A company should at the very least value customer service and treat their customers with respect and dignity. Sadly, that’s not what you’ll find here anymore.

Driver tried to brake check me twice, she was going 40mph on the feeder that is 50mph and I was not tailgating, I simply caught up to her by going the speed limit and had to slow down once approaching and then she decided to brake check me.
