Do not use this company! Technician showed up a day early for service. Told him I didn’t have time to have him service that day. He asked if he could come in for a minute just to check on what needed to be done for technician next day. He was there for less than 5 minutes and then they invoiced me for $260!
What ripoff. I cancelled this service and would suggest anyone considering them look elsewhere.

Update - it’s now been over 2 weeks since I cancelled service and have not gotten a refund on the unused months of monitoring !!

Update- it is more than a month and I am still awaiting my refund that was promised. Unbelievable!
I emailed many times with your operations manager and others in your office but no response on getting my refund.
I would be glad to have a conversation but no one from your company will return my emails.

Still no refund. I have reported this company to the Better Business Bureau.

James gave us a great experience when he installed a new doorbell, updated our video settings on the ASAP website, and fixed the doorbell chime to ring properly. He was friendly and very thorough. When unexpected problems cropped up during the installation, he methodically went through troubleshooting steps until he had solved every one of them. He even replaced the button on our alarm keypads with a button that showed ASAP's phone number -- something we hadn't even known was available. If we have any future need for a service call from ASAP, we'll definitely ask for him.

I was quoted $180 for car key replacement. I was Not told of a $95.00 service fee or a. $45 programming fee. $150 for a regular key $180 for an alarm key was what The tech said After I ask how much. After the key was made. The invoice was for $346.40. I almost fainted. He said it was $95 service fee and $45 to program the key.The technician said he could waive the service fee. I still paid $250.00. Also only 90 day guarantee. A year would best! I was VERY disappointed in ASAP Locksmith Service. ALL fees should be up front and Honest. THE TECH was very nice. Find a better company
Than this one.

My company has been doing business with ASAP for years now and we’ve always been impressed with their professionalism and quick service. James and Ellis have always been very responsive, informative and easy to deal with. I totally recommend ASAP for any of your fire or security needs.

ASAP is the best security company I have worked with. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences and fully-customized my system.

James has been my assigned tech from Day 1. He has added additional equipment and provided upgrades. He is a great tech and I am glad he was assigned to my account. He is excellent, always thorough, and always professional. Answers questions, provides demos, and makes suggestions when asked for ideas.

Highly recommend ASAP. Ask for James to be assigned to your account too!
