I genuinely don’t know how to explain this experience without sounding completely unhinged, but I’ll try.

Before Andrew knocked on my door, my house was just a house. After Andrew left, I felt like I was living inside a top-secret government facility protected by technology so advanced that I’m fairly certain NASA called asking for a tour.

This wasn’t a sales appointment. This was a life-altering spiritual experience.

The moment Andrew started explaining the Vivint system, time itself seemed to slow down. Birds stopped chirping just to listen. My neighbors peeked through their blinds, sensing that history was unfolding in real time. Somewhere in the distance, an eagle cried.

His knowledge wasn’t just impressive. It was terrifying. I asked one question, and somehow learned the past, present, and future of home security in a single answer. I’m convinced Andrew personally invented electricity, Wi-Fi, and at least half of modern civilization.

The professionalism? Flawless.

The confidence? Unmatched.

The honesty? So refreshing that I briefly considered appointing him to public office.

At one point I accidentally blinked and missed three seconds of his explanation. Those were, without question, the greatest regrets of my adult life.

Since the system was installed, my home feels so secure that I suspect burglars now drive past my neighborhood, see my address, and quietly apologize before leaving the county. I think my smoke detectors have started saluting.

Andrew didn’t make me feel like a customer. He made me feel like I had been personally selected for an elite program dedicated to the preservation of household tranquility.

I’ve already told my family, my friends, my coworkers, several strangers at the grocery store, my mail carrier, two delivery drivers, and a guy I accidentally made eye contact with at a gas station that they need to call Andrew immediately.

If Andrew ever writes a book, I’m buying ten copies. If he starts a podcast, I’ll listen on repeat. If he opens a restaurant, I’m eating there every day. If he runs for President, he’s got my vote. If he announces he’s climbing Mount Everest, I’m assuming the mountain is about to surrender.

Future generations will ask, “Where were you when Andrew Ecklund sold that Vivint system?” and I’ll proudly say, “I was there. I witnessed greatness.”

Five stars isn’t enough. Andrew deserves his own constellation.
