Extremely happy we went with these guys. Very responsive in texts and phone calls. They replaced my gas hot water boiler with a tankless hot water heater with the brand and model that I wanted. Turn around was very quick. They cleaned up after themselves. Even though my utility closet was tight, they worked hard to remove the hot water tank and was still able to provide the service with a smile. We will be using these guys again for future needs.

I found Blue Sea from a Google search and saw their high rating and decided to give them a chance. I was calling on behalf of my elderly parents as they had a tub faucet leak (constant dripping) and also wanted to get new faucets for their kitchens installed. Darshan and the team did a great job and had VERY reasonable rates. About 2 months later, this past weekend, their hot water radiant heating stopped working. My dad called me again as he didn’t have their direct number and again Blue Sea came out right away and fixed the issue. The fact that they are reasonable in their rates and are able to fix the issue without unnecessary work or up charging (we have had bad experiences in the past!) is the reason my parents and also I have made them our go-to guys. With plumbing and heating issues, as a homeowner, you are often left wondering if you were fairly charged because we are not experts in this field. Sure you can google possible issues etc but we place a lot of trust in the tradespeople we hire as they are the experts. I feel that Blue Sea can be trusted and we also appreciated the next day follow up call to make sure the heating was working. Highly recommend and please continue running your business with honesty and fair pricing - word of mouth spreads and you will get more customers coming your way!

Darshan, the owner, was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. Avoid Blue Sea Plumbing at all costs. This was an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience, and the work was never properly completed by Darsh.

I hired them to replace my hot water tank, and within hours it was leaking—water pooling on top and filling the pan. When I contacted Darsh, he showed little urgency and just asked for photos.

He came back but gave no clear explanation, and the unit was still leaking when he left. He admitted a new pipe was needed and said he would follow up—but didn’t.

After days of chasing him, he returned and replaced a part, which actually made the issue worse and caused water damage to my storage area. From that point on, communication was unreliable—messages ignored and calls unanswered.

He eventually blamed a “faulty part” and said he’d replace it. That was over two weeks ago, and I’ve been completely ignored since.

There has been zero accountability or follow-through. I was left with a leaking installation and damage to my home.

If you value your time, money, and property, choose a company that stands behind their work—this one does not.

My IBC boiler was not able to supply heat to the house and Darshan was extremely quick to respond and arrived at my place within 10 minutes after the call. He was very professional and provided a quick and temperary fix to the problem so I could have a warm home. He was able to come again 2 weeks later despite being super busy and resolved the issue with the IBC support center that took 1.5hrs of wait time. He charged me fairly and was able to save me from unnecessary expenses. I would definitely book him another time to service my systems. Great work!

Darshan Ji is amazing! He went above and beyond to ensure we have a electric water heater working the next day. He was careful to ensure there is no additional cuts in the wall or plumbing for the water heater. I am forever grateful for him. He is super nice and friendly. I will definitely be getting all my plumbing and electric needs resolved by him going forward.
