I found their rates to be significantly uncompetitive compared to the market. Their gold buying rate was far below the current spot price, with a difference of around $300–$350 between buying and selling for one ounce at the same spot price. Most other competitors typically have a spread of about $150–$200.
When I asked about this large gap, the response I received was dismissive and rude — I was simply told, “That’s what we pay.” Customer service and transparency are extremely important in this business, and unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that. I hope they reconsider both their pricing structure and their approach toward customers.
