I called Precision air and scheduled service through an AI Bot that answers the phone. I never received a confirmation text or email, but the technician did show up at the scheduled date and time. He was friendly and gave me a quote, but did not have the materials to compete the job. He said he’d have to come back and someone would be in touch to schedule, even though I told the AI bot what the problem was and figured the technician would have supplies. I received an email with the quote and clicked to accept it. No one ever followed up. After a few days, I emailed with no response. Then, I called and talked to the AI bot, who said someone would call me to schedule. It’s been two weeks, and no one has called. I called another company and a friendly human answered the phone and got me schedule for service. Technician showed up with supplies and completed the job in about 30 minutes and
for $160 less than Precision’s quote. I would not recommend.

Brandon came to my house for an inspection of the duct work in the crawl space. He was very friendly and professional and respectful of me and my home. He wore booties on his shoes and was very clean.
Would highly recommend.

Matthew was very thorough and professional. He showed me pictures of everything we talked about and he helped look up the warranty for my unit so we could use it for the necessary repairs. My unit went out on a weekend and Matthew arrived quickly after my call. The cost of the visit went toward the service performed. Overall, I was very impressed with my service.

Ford is an awesome dude, very thorough and helpful. I've had another company service my unit for quite some time and I wish I had switched to Precision Air sooner. This is a company who believes in taking care of its customers and Ford did an excellent job demonstrating that. He would personally show me different aspects of my unit, what needed to be done and what was good. Honest and experienced guy all around.

Chris came out to our location. Identifying the issue quickly. Didn’t try to sell us on anything not necessary. Repaired the issue (can definitely tell) in a timely manner, cleaned up after himself and went over the issue and repair with staff. Would highly recommend.
