I had been looking for someone to detail my Q8. I mentioned it to my service advisor at Audi Carlsbad and was told that Audi did detailing there. I decided to try them and wow am I glad I did! They did a phenomenal job (better than many detailers I’ve had come to my house). They did a full interior and exterior job and hit every nook and cranny. And even better, on the website (under Service) there was a coupon for $50 off (good on a full detail only as you can have them do just an exterior or just an interior as well). The total came to $279. Worth every penny. So now, along with fantastic service when I bring my car in for maintenance, I have a new favorite detailing spot. Thank you Audi Carlsbad!

Purchased a 2026 Audi S5. Our sales representative is Aston Rice. From the first contact to the delivery, Aston was informative, knowledgeable of the product, but most of all very courteous throughout the entire process. It was a pleasure dealing with all the support staff and management. Wonderful experience, plus the S5 is the cherry on top. Thank you Carlsbad Audi…

I cannot express enough what a pretty much painless experience this was from the moment I walked into the dealership. Paul Esteridge was awesome! Just a chill guy giving me zero pressure. I went in knowing pretty much what I wanted, and there was no trying to get me to step up to a more expensive car, which is something I went through with ALL of my other car transactions. I can't say enough about this dealership!! Even my husband was truly impressed with Paul and the finance department. And Paul is still helping me learn all the techy stuff in the car. I absolutely LOVE my Q5!! I have always been a BMW girl and Lexus, but I have made the change and don't think I will be back!! BIG HUGE THANK YOU to PAUL ESTERIDGE!!
