David Yousuf handled our service visit and was a fantastic experience start to finish. Had some issues with our new car that were sorted out and repaired in a very timely manner. Loaner car was a Tesla which while wasn't my first choice, was kind of a blessing as it reminded me of why I purchased a Rivian instead of brand T.

David kept in constant contact updating me repeatedly regarding progress and the pick-up was seamless and easy. Another positive experience with Rivian and we're really enjoying owning the R1S.
