My wife got me a Christmas sweater from this store, which I didn’t like. When I tried to return they told me they have a no return policy. That’s just ridiculous, because The service idiot that sold the item to my wife should have informed her it was exchange only. What a scam of a store and brand. The sweater was $$$$. Nobody wants your useless store credit. Run for your life, buyer beware.

I will definitely be returning! The guard at the front was so nice and friendly! He was very professional explaining the one on one experience, and once we got in the store the experience was incredible! The staff were so nice! We had the pleasure to shop with Helen and she was so nice and knowledgeable and also speaks Russian! The experience was truly personalized and enjoyable! Большое спасибо, Хелен! Our overall experience was much more welcoming compared to other luxury stores we have visited in the past.

My son and I went to the KOP location and had a wonderful time! The staff are incredible and so helpful! The security guard was so incredibly polite and welcoming! Helen, Christina, Madison and Carol were so helpful and understanding! They assisted me with all the questions I had and accommodated me so graciously! They were very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. After finishing the purchase they bagged up everything so beautifully! Highly recommend this location and will absolutely be returning!

Also this perfume is seriously my favorite of all of my others!

I went in the KOP mall location today. My daughters and I weren’t acknowledged by any of the associates or guard. Instead, we were followed around in the store in silence by an associate. It was an uncomfortable experience for a high end store where I declined to spend my money. I’ve never experienced any of this in other designer stores i.e Burberry, Gucci etc. Please have your staff retrained on customer etiquette.
