Practice seems very disorganized and customer service is a bit rude. They had no record of my dogs wellness visit (a $350 visit!!) or vaccinations and after telling Emily I sent the vaccinations (twice) they still tried to upsell and schedule me for vaccinations instead of listening to me. Not once did they take accountability for their mistake or apologize for wasting my time. Instead, I was greeted with a petty attitude over the phone.

We are now looking for other vet options.

Really disappointed but that’s what you get for private equity.

They lost my trust today.

Edit: The practice manager, Ryan, called back and was very kind, apologetic, and appreciated the feedback. Adding a star.

I really appreciate Crestview, their staff and doctors!

I started taking my 2 senior dogs to Crestview in 2023 at the Burnet Rd location. When Dr. Carmona moved to the Airport Blvd location we switched clinics to continue in his care.

Dr. Carmona is exceptional- very knowledgeable and compassionate. I never feel pressured to do procedures or tests with him, and I feel like he is understanding about finances like not a lot of other vets have been in my past. He goes above and beyond to help his patients and their owners through sometimes very difficult situations.

One of my sweet seniors passed earlier this year, and Dr. Carmona and Crestview were so helpful in navigating the last year, keeping my baby happy and pain free in his last months.

Thank you to Crestview, all the staff and Dr. Carmona for the great work yall do!

Our little pup has been going here since August. We Highly recommend Crestview Veterinary Clinic on Airport and Dr. Carmona. Everyone from the front desk staff to the techs to the doctors are so kind and helpful and quick to respond.
Everyone is so sweet to our little girl and she has been so well cared for. We truly appreciate Dr Carmonas expertise and the time he takes to answer our questions as first time dog parents!
The techs have been so sweet with our girl too and have taught us a lot as well!

I initially liked this place, but after many visits with my elderly dog, I feel like they were quick to prescribe drugs that did not align with previously diagnosed issues. I believe they did not do a good job piecing information together that could have given my dog better treatment and over prescribed at every opportunity. Not sure if it was negligence or money driven, but I mistrust their diagnoses after bad experiences with their assumptions. Some of the people here are so kind, I just don't know about their medical treatments.

The employees are friendly professional and knowledgeable. The Doctor was also friendly. And gave me options and suggestions to help me stay in budget and still cover the needs of my kitten, I highly recommend this Veterinary Clinic.
