Was told my warranty is no longer valid because it's too old but I can pay someone to come out. They where installed in 2023 not a lifetime warranty if you ask me. They have done nothing but cause rain to over my gutter and ruin my roof. They shoved shingles under the existing ones and made a valley in my roof. Glad they only scammed my dying father of 3k instead of the 16k other people are saying they paid. Buyer beware this product doesn't work and they is no warranty. At first they said I wasn't even a customer until I showed them my contact.

“I am a senior citizen and I was quoted $16,770 for gutter replacement and leaf covers. I felt the price was extremely high for the work being offered. As a senior on a fixed income, this was very concerning to me. I encourage other homeowners, especially seniors, to get multiple quotes before signing anything. Please be careful and make sure you fully understand the pricing.” And they asked me to pay $3,000.00 for the installer who works for 5days but I am not happy his work. He ruined my Christmas decor and the screws is everywhere.

They arrived at the farm by 10:00am removed the old eavestrough then rolled the new ones to our color choice. They did an excellent job and even cleared away the old eavestrough. They were done the job by 4 and left our home and yard clean. The house looks very good. From inquiring to completion was less than 3 weeks.. we have been working on this for 8 Mos with other contractors. So my recommendation is give them a call. The product looks great.

I had contacted Leaf Filter last June (2024) to install gutter guards because I saw their product in one of the trade shows. I was interested in the product and since they were the sole supplier, it was difficult to price comparisons.

Their sales rep was pleasant enough to deal with. Gave me an initial quote which I was hesitant about since it was more than double what I was thinking it would be. He did offer a discount, which I took him up on. You do have to sign a contract which I agreed to. Overall, no complaints about the sales side. (5/5 there)

The installation team arrived on time and installed the product. My home was 2 stories tall and I didn't have a ladder with me at the time to verify it was done or how well it was done. I only noticed the small twigs that were in the gutters were gone and trusted their work. I paid for their work shortly after.

It's over 1 year, and since then I've been dealing with a water leak. Another contractor I hired inspected the area and attributed to it being the gutter guards. He showed me pictures which I am sharing now. It looks like the Leaf Filter product was installed without lowering the gutters. They lifted the shingles up so the gutter guards can fit under. During heavy rainstorms, water can reach under the shingles to cause a water leak inside. Now I wished I was able to inspect their original installation work prior to payment. This is causing me thousands worth of damage. Therefore, I'm giving my experience with the installation a 1 out of 5.

The first install was done poorly and not as per the contract.

The repair from the same installer caused damage to the property.

The staff is not on the same page with the information they provide the customer.

It is a very confusing and frustrating company to deal with.

The photos are from a small section of eavestrough after the repair from the initial botched install.

Staff is hard to get a hold of and not very friendly.

I don’t recommend this product or this company.
