This company is so professional. They are fast, responsive, and so efficient. We are extremely satisfied with their service. We have utilized their service two times and both experiences have been excellent. The employees were respectful and a pleasure to deal with. Very impressed with Matrix Mechanical. Geoff and his partner Alish I believe her name was.
They were both very nice people and represented Matrix in a very professional manner. Geoff was very quick to fix my pump issue and wasted no time. Fellows showed up at expected time. Got right to the diagnosis of the problem. Completed their overview, offered suggestions and solutions. Yeah, they were pleasant and easy to chat with. Explained everything they were doing. Good couple of fellows! We have used Matrix Mechanical many times both for our business and our home. Love these guys and will look forward to working with Matrix in the future!
