My husband called Hickman's to ask for a consultation on a job they did years ago in my mother's basement as we are renovating and needed some advice and possibly more work done. The fellow that answered the phone rudely told my husband that he doesnt work for the public, that the public is a pain in the ass and then he hung up on him. Terrible treatment.
