Food was mid at best and took over an hour to be served for a simple biggie bag. I picked up on major discriminative micro aggressions towards African American customers, specifically from the worker Bety. She treats them differently versus hispanic + white customers. I constantly come back here and see the same pattern, it’s horrible. Never coming here again how she treats workers is disgusting. This is exactly why Wendy’s is failing in the fast food industry.

Most horrible fast food restaurant in moval. Absolutely a bad idea to even step into here. If eating Wendy’s is bad enough just walking into the restaurant feels so gross. The lady named Betty I saw her being rude to all the other employees and she’s part of the problem of why Wendy’s is so bad. If you want to actually have people at least enjoy their time eating gross food please just treat your co workers with respect. Betty is literally just a jerk. DONT GO HERE.

I didn't know this location was here. Passed by it all the time. I wanted a frosty & seen this location was here. Looks brand new & the overall experience was outstanding. Custom service was in point, the frosty was like I remembered & the food was excellent. I highly recommend this location to eat if you want to be treated right & your food to be cooked & prepared deliciously delicious!

I was amazed at the service this Wendy’s has to offer. Sophia was nice and helped with an accommodation. She cleaned diligently in between helping customers, it was nice to eat around a clean atmosphere. The small amount of time spent there, you can tell they cared for each customer.

Stopped at the Wendy’s on Cactus Ave in Moreno Valley and had a surprisingly smooth experience from start to finish. The drive-thru moved quickly, my order was taken accurately, and the food came out hot and fresh.

The fries were crisp (not soggy), the burger was put together well, and everything tasted like it was made right then—not like it had been sitting around. The staff also sounded upbeat and professional, which always makes a difference. Solid Wendy’s location when you want a quick meal that actually hits the mark.
