Ronald is amazing!!! He helped us find our dream couch and answered every singled question I had, made sure I knew everything I needed, and was just so helpful overall. I had a great experience with him and he alone made me want to come back to American Furniture. I’ll definitely be back for more furniture and can’t wait for our new gorgeous couch. Ronald is the MVP

We purchased a couch from AFW on a financing plan. At the time of purchase, the salesperson told us we could pay it off within 6 months without any issues. Based on that information, we completed our payments within 6 months.

To our surprise, we were later charged an additional $600 in interest because the account wasn't paid off within 3 months. When we contacted customer service, they simply said the financing required payment within 3 months, despite what their salesperson had told us.

This was very disappointing because we relied on the information provided by their employee. Customers should be able to trust what they're told at the time of purchase. AFW should ensure their sales staff provide accurate financing information and take responsibility when customers are misled. I hope they address this issue so other customers don't experience the same situation.

I recently acquired a sofa from them. It was easy and fast. From buying to delivery only 2 business days. Sales crew are helpful and very easy to interact with. Delivery crew respectful & professional. Quality is ok for the price tag. I will definitely buy from them again!

We had an absolutely exceptional experience working with our furniture consultant RONALD THE GOAT. From start to finish, his professionalism, attentiveness, and extensive knowledge made the entire process seamless and genuinely enjoyable. He took the time to understand our style, preferences, and needs, and guided us with remarkable patience and expertise. The level of customer service we received was truly unparalleled — warm, accommodating, and detail-oriented in every way. Purchasing furniture can often feel overwhelming, but he transformed it into a luxurious and stress-free experience. We are beyond grateful for his dedication and impeccable service, and we could not recommend him more highly. A true asset to the company.

From the sales process to the delivery, everything with this company was outstanding! I went in on a Sunday and had my new beautiful sectional by Wednesday morning. The delivery team of Alex B couldn’t have been friendlier, more attentive to our needs, and more knowledgeable about the beautiful sectional. They did not rush, and they were extremely focused on providing the highest quality delivery possible. I highly recommend this company oh and by the way, I saved thousands and thousands of dollars on the purchase of the sectional.
