The worst pay roll company ive ever had to deal with . Incompetence and lack of dedication of employees plus nobody's ever there to answer a phone. The mistakes are always made on my paycheck. This is the worst company to ever go through. As a payroll company and I recommend never hire them

The one thing I can say about them is that they don't put much focus on attention to detail when it comes to updating your employees pay. I am now on the employee side and every time something changes with the healthcare costs they can't seem to get it right. You have to pay attention to the health care coverage that you pick. Its not enough to trust that they went in and updated any changes. You just have to know that they won't do that on their end. You don't discover it until you go to the doctors. Then once the bill comes in and you start to dig into it you discover that Zamp HR didn't make the right updates. Its so frustrating. I would give them a negative star if I could.

On top of providing great service Zamp HR is a local company with amazing owners who believe in supporting the needs of others through their giving back program. Providing funds and employee time to do for those less fortunate.

By far the best decision I made as a new business owner was to out Zamp in charge of all my Human Resource needs. They even offer with safety and harassment trainings. They really do it all. Never have I had an issue that they weren't prompt in responding and getting me the help I need. Highly recommended!
