Chicken chicken chicken chicken is amazing. One thing I oughta say is it’s always good chicken and crispy. Every time I come I get their fries. They’re Cajun fries are amazing. Parking is limited but overall it’s not too busy here and I always go to the drive-through amazing Popeyes.

Waited 15 minutes for a dine in order of chicken tenders and 3 pieces of chicken. They claimed they were making it, but you could clearly see that there was product on the shelf ready to pack and serve the customer. They continued to serve take out customers the same order while I waited with my son. I had to show my receipt so they could remember what I ordered as if they did not have a record of my order at all. I will NOT be returning.

Edit to add: by the time 20 minutes past, I requested a refund so I can go eat somewhere else. The manager came and then said it was because they were waiting for fries, not the chicken strips the other lady had said. Idk about you- 20 minutes for some fries in those commercial deep fryers is BS.

Imagine if I wasn't African American would I have waited 20 mins because I ask for Hot chicken. A 2pc at that. I was told 5-7 mins which turned into 15 mins more. The Mgr was ready to argue instead of providing the proper Customer Service. Some people just never learn. Cultural Competency is needed. They want to serve you what they want youth have instead of what you ask for🤬

11/8/2025: Popeye's has a $7 - 2 piece meal big box. It comes with 2 sides. Unfortunately, they ran out of thigh pieces and only gave me a wing and a drumstick. Usually it is a thigh and drumstick or breast and wing. Not wing and drumstick for a two piece meal.

2025 update. Ordering through the app for pick-up is sort of weird. They won't start your order until you talk to the cashier. That's a waste of time. My wait today was about 10 minutes. There is a BOGO deal on their 6 piece bone-in wings $8. In order for the wings to stay crispy, the sauce needs to be on the side. I made that mistake a few times and the wings were soggy. Their sauce is thick and messes up the crispiness of the fried chicken. The Ghost Pepper chicken sandwich $6 had a weird sour taste to it. It wasn't spicy at all. It is an orange sauce they put on the chicken sandwich. This was only so-so. Their original spicy chicken sandwich is much better. Final nit. They didn't give me napkins. Eating fried chicken will always require napkins. What were the workers thinking? At least they got my order right.

Original review: This is a good Popeyes location. My food came out in a reasonable amount of time. My chicken sandwich and nuggets were OK. When I went on a Saturday evening, there was a short wait for online orders as well as counter orders. This is much better than the San Bruno or the San Francisco where wait times can be over 30 minutes. Good job staff at this Popeyes.

Staff here are super friendly and I often use coupon to get inexpensive food when I am on surviving mode. Since I am sa victim I have been blocked by social media for over 9years. I have to live dollar to dollar. However, God is good!
