Normally, I don’t rate places I usually leave it alone, but today is my daughter‘s birthday and I received a cake from them ordered a cake that she wanted for her birthday. Specifically I ordered the cake specifically told him to put her name on it and I ordered two other ice creams thought everything was fine came home. Both ice creams were melted and her cake did not have her name on it now I could leave this alone, but I paid for the cake in advance paid over $100 and this is what you get poor service next time I have a birthday party I’ll go somewhere else. I’d rather go to shopRite I get what I asked for and not be disappointed.

They don’t event acknowledge you upon arrival. One woman was extremely rude and standoffish and refused to take my order/inquire if I needed anything! Definitely won’t patronize this location ever again.

Cold Stone Creamery is the bomb dot com! Seriously, their ice cream is out of this world. The way they mix in all those delicious toppings on that cold stone is pure magic. Every bite is like a party in your mouth!

Not to mention, the staff is always so friendly and fun. They really know how to make your ice cream experience unforgettable. The atmosphere in their stores is so chill and inviting, it's the perfect spot to hang out with friends or treat yourself to a sweet treat.

If you're looking for a unique and tasty ice cream experience, Cold Stone Creamery is the place to be. Trust me, once you try their ice cream, you'll be hooked for life!

On hot summer days this place gets packed. The crew cannot keep up and nor can the air conditioner. I ordered three ice items and by the time the third was handed to me the first was already a puddle. Also the small size is rather large as they fill it up way past the top, making the kiddie cup the size I wish I ordered.
