I should have listened to the other reviews, but I was craving coldstone so badly so I disregarded them. Poor girls were working by themselves Tuesday night and couldn’t manage the rush. Completely ignored online orders. Management, do better and staff your location properly.

Staff is always super nice but today I can in and Johan gave really great service! Service was quick and atmosphere was really good!

Horrible Customer Service. No manager on duty. The workers need to be trained on how to efficiently work and speak to customers. I asked for a cookies n cream ice cream and they added peanut butter cups pieces mixed it was gross.

I waited in line for 30 -40 mins to be told that the bananas are no good or ripe so I could not order my ice cream never once did the workers announce that the at anytime to save customers time waiting. The workers were playing, laughing and not giving any type of good customer service at all. No thanks for waiting, I will be right with you, welcome in NOTHING! When it was my turn to order the young lady serving me said the bananas we have are not ripe and I said oh wow I stood here all this time. I asked why didn’t you guys announce this I would of been got out of line and went elsewhere and shrugged and said yeah the bananas are no good I then said or put a sign up or something she then stated well I can give them to you if you still want to order but there no good or ripe. She then proceed to say well there is other ice cream you can order. I then said that’s ok & walked away no sorry about that, no how can we fix this etc…. This was my 1st time here and this is what I receive! I also witnessed door dash workers waiting on orders to be filled for more than 10-15 mins every door dash person that walked in had to wait, why? Because there was no type of workflow organization just a bunch of teens laughing and playing! One worker broke the cashless tap machine the teens laughed about it! After I left the store I sat right in front and called the store a young lady answered never gave her name and stated the manager was not in and stated “what did you want or need” I stated is there a manager on duty she stated he is only here I asked who is the manager and when will he be available? She stated “ he is never here and when he is she ding know when. She then stated his name is CURTS and he is THE OWNER and he is on a trip far away and don’t know when he is coming back. I then stated ok thank you. This is by far the worst 1st time experience counter, floor, freezers were dirty full of hand prints counter where you pay not clean etc….For the prices you charge this should never happen. I had to drive to all the way to Torrance when this location is 10 mins away from me!

As a new mom of a 1 month old, I was excited to get out of the house for a quick 20 minutes to get my favorite ice cream from cold stone I get frequently.

Today, after ordering cake batter with KitKat the same order I’ve placed over the past two decades, I got home and noticed there was blue in my ice cream which was the first concern then continued to take a bite which tasted like a sherbet or creamsicle of some sort not cake batter. I promptly called the store to flag this and was told to come back and they’ll see what they can do. Told them I was unable to come back at this time, now with a sleeping newborn 4 weeks post partum and I can come tomorrow. They proceeded to tell me that without bringing back the ice cream today there was nothing they can do. After being a reoccurring customer at this location, being part of rewards, it’s unfortunate that they would think I’m trying to get over on them for $6…. Instead of checking to see why cake batter was blue and what contaminated it and confirming I’m a loyal customer. I’ve asked to speak with a manager was told I am unable to and couldn’t even get a name. Awful customer service for customers who keep your doors open. Shame on you.
