I freaking love Cold Stone! They have such a wide variety of flavors and toppings, and I love the whole concept of creating your own custom ice cream combination. It makes getting ice cream feel like an experience rather than just ordering a scoop.

The staff were on top of everything—attentive, friendly, and welcoming. And of course, the ice cream was absolutely delicious! I always find myself craving Cold Stone whenever I’m in the mood for something sweet.

Definitely one of my go-to ice cream spots!

liked how many different flavors they have but the ice cream was basically melted when they were just scooping it out so by the time i actually received it it was just flavored cream and tasted bad. I’m not sure if their fridges malfunctioned or something happened but that was an unpleasant experience. Also the girl serving me looked really tired and done with all of this. Either they should give more breaks or she has to learn how to provide better customer service.

I came in a couple days ago and had a pretty disappointing experience. The employee helping me was very quiet to the point where I could barely hear her, and she kept talking to another employee while I was ordering. She also never asked about toppings or whether I had a rewards phone number, and overall the interaction felt very dismissive and rude. At one point she even rolled her eyes while I was trying to order. I normally like this location, but the customer service that day was not great.

DoorDasher stole part of my order, I called this location and let them know and not only did they replace my order but she also accommodated my additional in-store order with a discount . Manager was so sweet and let me know about rewards and now that I know this location is so close to home I will not be ordering on DoorDash anymore

I went here last weekend excellent service! The ice cream was so yummy! And Sarah helped me a lot since it was my first time at coldstone and she helped me by recommending me choices. 10/10 service and ice cream😋Will be going back soon!
