The best ice cream shop in town, hands down. Excellent staff, always friendly and caring, making sure everyone is happy the moment you enter.
Their strawberry ice cream is a die for. We love having some nice treats from Baskin Robbins Mill Creek for kids and ourselves too. They have always a vast array of flavors and toppings.

This location is absolutely filthy. The trash cans don’t appear to have been emptied in days. Floors are sticky. Every surface is covered with dust and debris. Many ice cream flavors were out. Very disappointing overall, I’m surprised this location is still in business or hasn’t been flagged by the health department.

Poorly managed place. Cashier cant do refunds, management blame it on customers.

A very dirty place, dirty water dripping from the ceiling constantly. Tables and cashier check out is pretty dirty with ice cream stains all over.. Geez…

I had an offer for BOGO, and for some reasons, the cashier couldn’t scan it correctly, i paid for price of two scoops.

She tried to call i believe the owner for help, and clearly heard that she said “it wasn’t your fault”. Such an irresponsible owner.

Also the cashier doesn’t know how to do a simple refund or issue a coupon.

She take my info and said someone will contact me, highly doubt. There is another customer came here with a receipt and was told they cant do refund and to come another day… so its not just me.

We used to come here a lot, not anymore, not paying for an owner with that kind of mentality and poor hygiene.

This was our first time visiting BR in this location. It was very clean, both the indoor and outdoor seating areas were nice and comfortable. Jamoca Almond Fudge was out of this world!🍨

An alright quick stop, the lady working here was very friendly and it's clean/safe feeling. However the prices have gotten out of control I feel, usually come here for their drinks whenever I have a coupon or card deal and you can get better deals elsewhere without such things. If the prices were better, I would recommend.
