We came in around 5:20pm today to get mini pepperonis. My cousin tried to pay with $100 bill but they can’t accept it. They ended up paying with card with one tap (no options). Later they found out that it automatically charge $0.99 gratuity to the card. Why are they charging $.99 without permission? It’s very dishonest and not transparent. There’s no line in there but my cousins need to wait more than 10 minutes to get her order.

I don’t think we will come back to buy anything from this store anymore

I enjoy how the staff take the time to check if everything is to your liking.

Auntie Anne's located in Alderwood Malls Food Court...

Pretzel shop... Specialize in freshly baked pretzels. Each pretzel comes with your choice of seasonings. I ordered the Sour Creme' and Onion.. the pretzel was moist served hot and flavorful. I recommend dipping sauce. I'd order this again.

I received my pretzel for FREE by downloading the app and signing on to Auntie Anne's Pretzel Perks. You'll receive a FREE Pretzel for your birthday...
