I had a great experience at Cold Stone! The ice cream was delicious, fresh, and had the perfect texture. There were so many flavors and mix-ins to choose from, and everything was made exactly how I wanted it. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the whole experience was quick and enjoyable. Definitely a great place to go when you’re craving some good ice cream!

Original Review: It was around 8:50 PM on a Friday evening and they are open until 11 PM. Very much had closing vibes with the way it looked and being out of a few different flavors of icecream. We ended up purchasing an "Ours" Quart to go and it was only 3/4 full. We are very disappointed in this experience and not getting what we paid for. They only had two employees and only one was helping the customers. Coldstone has been a favorite for many years and is just not what it once was.

I usually love Cold Stone ice creams and so I visited this Cold Stone Creamery recently and did not have a very welcoming experience. There were three employees working, and when I tried to place my order and asked for “Dubai chocolate,” the employee taking my order responded with a dismissive “huh?” and facial expression that made me feel like she was not interested in helping me.
I ended up changing my order because the interaction felt uncomfortable. I understand everyone can have a busy or tiring day, but as a customer, I still expect basic friendliness and willingness to help. The ice cream itself was fine, but the service made the visit feel unwelcoming.
