We popped in just after 7:30 PM and were thrilled to see a semi-short line. With a few staff members working, the wait time to order was under five minutes—a massive win for a sweet tooth.

​There was a slight mix-up with my order, but it came with a side of excellent customer service! I had requested a Chocolate Devotion in a dipped waffle cone, swapping out the chocolate chips for extra fresh bananas. While handing me my order in a standard bowl, she immediately caught her own mistake, apologized, and said, "Oh shoot! You wanted the dipped waffle cone, my bad!"
​Her quick fix was to pivot and hand me my ice cream in a dipped waffle CONE, but instead, put it in a waffle cone BOWL. ...Close enough! 😂
​I didn't have the heart to correct her a second time, because honestly, it wasn't a big deal at all- she was clearly giving it her best effort, and her wonderful attitude and genuine kindness completely won me over. My receipt at check out shows the name Emilie H, so I am sending her a cliche, mediocre shout-out Haha 😊

​Now, I will say the prices are getting a bit astronomical—$22 for a waffle cone and a waffle bowl is wild, but hey, in this economy? Amirite? 🤣
​The ice cream tasted great, but it’s customer service like Emilie's that really makes the splurge worth it. Give that girl a raise!

I'm sorry other guy and you all know who they are Cold Stones got you beat. In our humble opinion. Just need to bring back the cherry pie filling as an add on.

We had a good experience. The two gentlemen behind the counter were quiet but got our orders right with the quality I would expect. Everything tasted good and our ice cream was ready quickly.

It was an average experience. Service was okay and not very friendly. My ice cream started melting, so I had to eat it quickly. Overall, it felt just average, and I’ll likely try a different location for a better experience.

Someone please help this location, smells like a rotting sewer as soon as you walk in. It made me dizzy and everyone walking in gets hit immediately. I had a bogo coupon and requested a large size for my free ice cream but was given a small? I understand you are busy but please don’t be so stingy with ingredients, this is what makes coldstone stand out from other ice cream places in the area. I lost my appetite from the smell. Please hire a plumber or someone that can fix this awful situation.
