Interesting and fancy store, but terrible staff. I feel very uncomfortable when the staff instigated she couldn’t hear me with the background music, but wouldn’t even attempt to come closer. The dramatic facial language also made me feel embarrassed. They certainly treat each customer differently. I’m sad.

This is the absolute best company. I love their jewelery. I have had the essential bangle for 4 years. One time I broke the clasp and they had the best customer service. Very responsive. Very fast. I think the entire turn around (shipping all the way to the UK and back to Texas) was a less than two weeks. Such good quality.

Beautiful limited edition Monica Vinader store. 1 of only 2 locations. Good selection for jewelry, perfect for a special occasion or Hallmark occasion. Service is friendly and ambiance is pretty classy. 5 year warranty is a nice touch. Complimentary champagne for customers is a kind gesture.

Update: I was promised a refund by Monica Vinader and now rheyve stated that they can not issue the same ( this is just massively frustrating at the very least, going back on your word is not cool, i would give them a negative rating if it were allowed. Please save yourself the grief and do not associate with this company).Unfortunately,I did not have a good experience with MV. My parcel/ order wasn't delivered( I was home all day waiting for it) I had to travel out of country the next day due to a family emergency ( my father in law passed) and could not contact MV. I came back a few days ago and have contacted them but there has been no response! I would atleast like my order replaced or my money refunded. This is just unprofessional!

Awful !!! I ordered customized bracelets as Xmas gifts ; one was sent blank ; one had engraving quality which is barely visible . After 4 days of trying i finally get a customer service rep who tells me the senior mngt policy is no refunds ... after 1.5 hours of chatting .. completely unnecessarily and frustrating . U can barely see the image and they refuse to take responsibility .. to the point they are forcing me to accept the blank one because the found the one they should have sent in their warehouse !!!
Do yourself a favor ... don't shop with them !!
