Just Food For Dogs West Village is the only location I recommend when it comes to excellence in service!

Emik the store manager runs a very organized, clean, above and beyond in excellence when it comes to serving not just the customer, your furry companion!

Personally this was not a great store before Emik came into the picture. Shopped here 3 years ago, and the service was terrible, and the food we got was returned.

Was a customer at the Lincoln Center location, became an instant long term customer after attending a Yelp event at the location four years ago. On my last visit their the store attendant could not operate the register each transaction took over 30 minutes, she could not give change if you paid in cash, only a store credit, could not process credit cards, it was a disaster. The service at the Lincoln Center, and Union Square does not compare to stellar service Emik, and his team gives!

Highly recommend West Village as the 5 Star location for the Manhattan area!

I’m so impressed with the service I get from the West Village location of JFFD. Emik is on top of my deliveries like no one else. Even after this snow storm he texts me to make sure we’re covered. We love Just Food For Dogs and the convenience of the West Village location to our apartment is amazing. All the staff are so friendly and Rufus loves to visit when it’s time to stock up on his food!

This JFFD location has the nicest people working there & they're always helpful. Venison is the only food that doesn’t upset my dog’s stomach. So glad they carry it & delivery is extremely quick. Highly recommend.

We have been so happy with Just Food For Dogs for over two years now. Our dog first starting eating it after an acute pancreatitis bout and it has been a life silver literally and figuratively. He has lived two more years and is 15 now and he loves the variety of meals and the convenience for me of both the fresh/frozen and the pantry fresh when we travel. We also live between towns that have actual stores that is so so helpful as we travel a lot. Love the representatives at the store as well. They are always to helpful and kind and so sweet with our dog.
