Extremely unprofessional behavior by the front desk staff today (April 9). I traveled from Brampton to Scarborough, but the receptionist refused to even accept my resume, citing my lack of "formals."
What was worse was the humiliating treatment by two staff members actually laughed at me for not knowing their unspoken dress code. As a PR holder with 4+ years of security experience, a G license, and a clean abstract, I have dealt comfortably with top-tier companies like GardaWorld, Paragon, Allied Universal and Paladin, who are always professional and welcoming.
Logic Security management needs to address this immediately. Mocking experienced professionals is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your company culture. I expect a response regarding the conduct of your reception team today.

Don’t even bother to go here. Staff is HIGHLY unprofessional. Other companies are much better and more respectful and welcoming. If you will ask them a logical question, instead of answering in a professional manner first they will laugh and look at each other and then they will tell u a senseless reason. Never gonna visit here again. It was a mistake I made. Warning: Don’t waste your time

Would give zero stars if I could. All I wanted to do was register a rental under my spot so I wouldn’t get ticketed in my own spot. Easy, right? But different staff have different rules, can’t get a straight answer and then I’m given attitude when I express frustration regarding inconsistent responses. Zero customer service skills.

Visited the office today to return uniform. So far I had great experience with logixx but today it was worse. The receptionist was so rude even the one who handles uniform department was so rude. The receptionist was talking like I owe her something. That’s not the way you talk to people and that’s unacceptable. You need to learn how to talk and respect people.
