Due to our property under construction, I parked car on our underground garage rump for quick drop off groceries while I have my mom who has knee problems, then 20 mins later I got a $75 dollar fine"Parking on the private property without consent." I explained to the person, he doesn't listen any reason, and explain to me he doesn't know how long I parked here, but why you don't mark the tires like other parking enforcement so you know people parking here for long time or short period!!!
