For an insurance based treatment facility, this was the worst one I've been to. The main groups were so elementary. They had us doing crossword puzzles for christ sakes...! But I can say I got a lot out of Rosemand's groups. He should be doing the main groups. They have no gym, locks on the doors, no chef, and the worst part, they don't provide transportation for your transition to PHP/Sober living. I was so shocked and disappointed with this establishment. Every treatment I've been to provided transportation all the, not halfway. Ridiculous!

All the staff are great! Rosland, Tiffany, April, Megan, and nurses Shamoney, Tina and Nikki are all awesome and care about the clients. Place is clean and nice. The only problem I had was with the Doctors, the way the distribute medication is unlike any other facility I been too. And to top it off they didnt give my two weeks of meds when I left. Now I am out of medication till the 18th when i was able to get the soonest appointment. I dont even knoe if thats even illegal.

This place was great before new ownership. The new CEO has made this place a nightmare. I had been to Retreat of Atlanta several times because it used to be a place that gave a great space for recovery and an exceptional nursing staff. Now I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ever. The CEO who runs the facility is very unpopular. None of the clients like her and the entire staff at the facility talk about how much stress they were under with the new management company and they talk about her negatively behind her back. Also the food is very subpar. I'm not joking but the breakfast comes from the county jail and lunch and dinner comes from a grocery store buffet. There are several other facilities in Georgia I would recommend before coming to this place.

Great place for anyone who needs compassionate detox and residential in the greater Atlanta area. The CEO Angela, has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the detox and residential substance abuse space and ensures the team is the highest quality. The snack room is also a great amenity and feature!

Angela was extremely nice and helpful in the beginning. Telling me everything I wanted to hear to get me to bring my son. He wasn't there a week good and had so many valid complaints. When asked of he could be moved to another room to void conflict with a roommate that has has issues with several other people he was told no. When I called to peak to someone about the issue, my son was asked why he mentioned it to his family and that they would make it worse for him since I called. When trying to contact Angela about the situation she did not respond and never did. However prior to his admission the communication was instant. Not only did I text and call her I sent emails as well with no response. This was a waste of 2 weeks at the facility they were no help and the nursing staff is just as bad. I called to pick up his suitcase and ws told to come get it. Only to drive n hour and a half for them to say it was thrown away. Who is going to reimburse me for those items?
