When I first spoke to the employees at this facility, I was highly impressed. However, it didn’t last long. I chose this facility for my daughter based on the ratings. They had my drug user daughter sign the contract even though I was paying the bill. I was not made of any contract that needed to be signed. She stayed for two days and now I’m out $15,000. Apparently they have a no refund clause in the contract. They are now telling me that I had paid for them to hold the bed for her. They had several empty beds at the time. Thankfully I hadn’t made the final payment.

Very grateful I had the chance to come here for my first time in treatment. From the counselors to the nurses the staff is very knowledgeable (and patient), but more importantly they care! I owe a lot to them for my recovery. Tanya and Victoria are masters of their trade!

From the moment I arrived at this facility, I was welcomed and immediately felt at home. The staff and the clients at that time were very accommodating and fascinating. I was impressed by the activities. I enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub, it really help ease through the process. The view of the mountains and the desert scenery is truly something to behold. If your looking for a treatment center I would highly recommend Coachella Valley Recovery.
