Brian Cass is an awesome counselor! I was seen by him several years ago while in the military, and when I found him again by accident, I was lucky enough to be able to be seen by him again. We picked up like we hadn't stopped our sessions. He is very caring, empathetic and understanding of the issues I was and currently have been dealing with. I look forward to our sessions every time. I alway feel better after talking with him.

Can't even answer the phone. Irritated is an understatement. If you were in a mental state they would fail you. Can't even set up an appointment with my therapist who moved over there. Worst therapy place I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. My question is what except are the office staff doing during working hours? Cause it's not answering the phone.

I tried 3 different therapist. The first one was either half asleep or on drugs and they refused to refund my money when I ended the session after 15 minutes. The other 2 were more professional but didn’t know what to say beyond asking simple questions, they couldn’t even branch off into helpful/meaningful conversation. All 3 were very young and had bare minimum skills. If you need real therapy not just a buddy paid to listen and take your side, this company is not for you. There’s no way to get matched with a therapist who might actually fit either, if they even have that at all. Wasted hundreds of dollars on them matching me with the same inappropriate therapist.
I specifically asked to speak to an experienced person who can understand lifestyle and experiences of a 46-year-old single mother, Every time I was paired with 20-somethings, no kids, no divorces, no clue. So unethical to pair these therapists with someone they don’t actually have the skill sets to help. And when I tried to get at least my copay back they refused.

I don’t understand when psychiatrist say they don’t take new patient how in the world am i supposed to get medication if nobody is Accepting new patient that is crazy and a major inconvenience to people who are looking for new provider or to start a new journey on medication but i can’t even get seen on video chat because of no new patient policy that should’ve plastered on your website but no i waisted my time booking an appointment thinking that yes i finally found a black psychiatrist that would listen to me and understand the struggles of being a black women but nooooooo Appointment cancel and with no help To find another psychiatrist to take me. Things like this makes me wanna i bet i wouldn’t be feeling like this if yall didn’t canceled my appointment for medicine that i need to to basically life things.

don’t go go here no help at all how yall dont approve of my insurance if you let me book an appointment with the insurance and have it on your website an not to nation is still on my insurance catalog for reputable companies. I hope every single person employed here has a horrible day
