I’ve been a patient at Affinity Health Center in Norfolk, and I can’t say enough good things about the staff and the care I’ve received there. From the counselors to the nurses and administrative staff, everyone has treated me with kindness, respect, and genuine compassion.

One thing that stands out is that they truly put patient care first. Recovery isn’t a one-size-fits-all process, and the staff understands that. They take the time to listen, work with patients individually, and help find solutions when life circumstances make things difficult. Rather than treating patients like a number, they treat them like people.

I’ve also appreciated how accommodating and understanding they are. When you’ve demonstrated responsibility and commitment to your recovery, they recognize that and are willing to trust you. That level of respect and flexibility can make a huge difference for people trying to rebuild their lives.

Absolutely the nicest staff in the whole world! From the moment you arrive, expect nothing but respect and positive vibes all around. The facility is extremely clean ,incredibly organized, and has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. They are honestly glad you came! The intake process was smooth and quick. All of the information,expectations, and program details are explained in detail so you know exactly what to expect. The folks at Affinity are one of a kind. I have been on MAT for quite a few years and just recently transferred to Affinity. Not only are they doing a special with two months free to help folks get established but they are the kindest most caring people I have come across. If your looking for a new clinic or your first clinic Affinity will not disappoint. Thanks to everyone there for your help with my transition!!
