I have been an Eddie Bauer customer for over 20 years but this last visit to the store in Marysville may very well have me looking elsewhere for my summer clothes. I had received an email FROM EddieBauer with a 40% in store offer. So, I went to the store. Who doesn't like to save money (especially on a fixed income). However, the staff didn't know anything about it even with me showing them the email. They didn't bother to make a call to find out -( it was 40% off pants shorts). The male employee finally said that he would match the price, fair enough. BUT then when you go to look for the pants that you want - they had very little. I asked the female employee in the store where I could find what I was looking for. She just pointed to an area along the wall which did not have what I was looking for and I had already looked through there. Big disappointment at the end of the day. I will be searching for another company to purchase the clothing that I wear in the summer months. I was there to replace some items that were at least 7 or 8 years old but no luck. Very disappointing.

Great customer service! We went in here on a whim, not expecting to find anything. They had women's flannel-lined jeans on clearance, so we took a look at them. They didn't have the size we were looking for; however, a male worker informed us about ordering it online at the deeply discounted price! After thinking about it for a while, we went ahead and did so. Caitlin calmly assisted us, making the process easy. After much deciding, we purchased another pair of jeans and scheduled for it to be shipped. Caitlin's patience was exceptional! We appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff!

We were going after a long time for shopping. We really got some good deal even in Eddie bauer. We were able to buy few t shirts and some beautiful tops(from clearance). Pants for $19.99.
