The store is located on the opposite side of the building from the maps marker. There were plenty of products on the shelf and the store was clean, although it felt tight and cluttered. The employee was very helpful and polite.

⭐ Disappointed With CVS Pharmacy Hours

I arrived at CVS Pharmacy at 1:49 PM, expecting the pharmacy to be open since the posted hours clearly state 10:00 AM–6:00 PM. Unfortunately, the pharmacy was closed with no clear indication beforehand that it would be unavailable during the posted business hours.

This is extremely inconvenient, especially when customers are coming to pick up prescriptions or medications they may need that day. If the pharmacy closes for lunch or has adjusted hours, that information should be clearly posted and accurately reflected online so customers don’t waste a trip.

CVS needs to do a better job of communicating pharmacy closures and keeping its posted hours accurate. Customers should be able to rely on the hours provided.

there is flies everywhere , everything is locked away ontop of that my clinic appointment took TWO HOURS to be scene because I checked in online, was shown as "good to go", verbally made myself known to the clinic person and was IGNORED FOR TWO HOURS while they continued to call other patients. I was shown as not checked in despite me clicking the link sent to me to check in and filling it out to confirm, i don't care if it was an IT issue what a careless treacherous service that will just ignore someone waiting in a lobby like that. Please never trust CVS with anything

It's messy in here. Pharmacy closes at 6PM on weekdays (when it should be at 8 or 9), some items are out of stock or all over the place, especially in the pharmacy side. Don't think the employees here care about cleaning up the place. Don't know why they have the exit/entrance door closed facing K St NW for several months now. This place needs to be inspected regularly because the way they operate right now is questionable at best. 0/10

This is the worst pharmacy ever. For a whole week my doctor and I have been going back and forth with them to get my medication and each pharmacist or pharmacist tech has a different answer or reason for why there is a hold up. This is the 3rd time with a different medication this has happened at this location. They somehow know the right answer on a Saturday when my doctor is not working and I am out of medication. They are imbedding care at this pharmacy and they actually do not care either as they are rude and dismissive.
