The surprise is the Smoking Lounge. Allows you to be compliant with local laws and have a relaxing medical consumption experience. The design and decor is incredibly thoughtful. They offer a huge number of smoking options to try before you buy, great job!

The budtenders are very helpful but mostly knowledgeable. Excellent experience all around, thank you!!

I had a really good experience at Don Fuego. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable. The service was fast, and everyone was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process.

One thing I really appreciated was how organized everything was. I like that they require reservations and take people one by one because it keeps things calm and prevents the place from becoming overcrowded or chaotic. There wasn't too much going on, which made the experience feel more personal and relaxed.

Another thing that stood out to me was the transparency. I really liked that they weigh the cannabis right in front of you so you know exactly how much you're getting. A lot of places either hand you a pre-packaged product or weigh it in the back and simply tell you the amount. At Don Fuego, they weigh everything in front of you, which gives you confidence that you're getting exactly what you paid for.

The products were great, and I was very satisfied with the cannabis selection and quality. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and willing to answer questions, which made the experience even better.

Overall, Don Fuego provided excellent customer service, a welcoming atmosphere, quality products, and a smooth, organized experience. I would definitely return and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable, professional, and transparent experience.

THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER !

This past weekend I celebrated my boyfriends birthday with a trip to D.C where I booked an hour in the lounge. We checked in with our medical cards at the front desk and waited to be called. Medical cards were easily obtained . There is a QR code at the front desk and you can pay for days at a time starting at $10 for 3 days and so on. Shortly , we were guided to the main room where you can browse and ask questions about the different selections. The room was very organized and clean . Our Budtender Solven(it’s French) was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, I mean he was in his zone! He was awesome and the selection was very high quality.

After purchase we were sent to the lounge area to begin our private session. We were given access to the iPad for music selection and inventory of all instruments you can use to consume your purchase ! We had a chance to try some things we may never buy for ourselves had we not been able to try it first . Solven was a complete vibe and took his time to explain how everything works and made sure we got the full effect of the lounge . We were offered complimentary soft drinks and water. My boyfriend received a little gift on the house for his birthday and 10% off for our 1st order. This place is a 10 out of 10 will come again !

Stopped by Don Fuego twice on my journey through DC. I rented the lounge both days. Ron and Quincy helped me and both of them were great! Very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Their prices were pretty reasonable and I had a great experience both times. Glad I found ya’ll!

Great experience and customer service. This store is a real place, not AI!!! Went in and was able to quickly go and do my purchase. The employees that attended me were friendly and great. The bud tender was very patience, answered all my questions, and even helped me pick out the right one I needed. They even have a smoke lounge that one can rent out. I recommend anyone visiting or a local to go here.

fire spot no lie! i'm a toker for real and ive been buying in DC for years. this is easily one of the most unique and high class bud shops i've visited. the prices are to be as expected so don't come being cheap, but they do give a first time 10% discount which is awesome. 10/10 would recommend.

Tourists from other places. This is the best dispenasary I have ever been to in dc. Excellent decoration and friendly service. Large-capacity and eco vape.
The same product here is actually cheaper than those places where there is no decoration and service.

The vibes when I first came in was incredibly welcoming and the customer service was exceptional. The employees were super helpful in finding the right strain for me and even offered good discounts. You can also get grams in custom amounts compared to the standard 1/8th,
1/4th, 1/2, 1 oz

We went today 6.21.25 around 9:20pm where all the staff were distinctly amazing at their guest service and interactions. These dudes were so knowledgeable and even allowed to enter their lounge to see, it’s so sick would definitely come back again. There’s a couple photos for reference
