Best meal I’ve had in a very long time!
I can honestly say this was the best food I’ve had in a very long time. The soda was soooo goooood that I could drink it all day long.
Then the food came out, and it was great. The salads were amazing, and you can tell they were made with clean, fresh ingredients.

The only issue nis, It’s 3 hours away from my house lol.
I will definitely go back next time I visit Canada.

Stopped in on a weeknight around 7pm and was glad I did, no wait and the dining room had this relaxed hum without being loud. The maple sriracha tofu bowl was the surprise of the meal, perfectly balanced and clearly not an afterthought on the menu. Our server knew the wine list cold and steered us toward a local Ontario pour that paired better than what we'd picked ourselves. Street parking on Macdonell was easy to find that late, and the whole visit had that rare feeling of a place run by people who actually care about the details.

Wife and I started our vacation to Elora and decided to try this cafe and bistro. So happy we did what an absolute treat!

Had no idea the menu was incredibly accommodating for gluten free. Our server and bartender was excellent and helpful. Our drinks were superb. If your toying with the idea of a bite or drink you better do it!

The peanut butter pie featured in the pic was too good 🤤

Very charming and cozy place! The servers were nice and polite, however, it took a while to take the order and the food to be ready but I guess because I was with a big group. The food was tasty and generous, they had a 3 course menu, I had the butternut squash soup, the beef cheeks and the apple crisp but it was too sweet I couldn’t finish it; there’s a nice bookstore attached to visit while waiting.

Love, love, love everything about this restaurant. The ambiance is warm and welcoming. The food is always on point. Their menu offers a lot of healthy and locally sourced deliciousness!

On this Friday, we had to make reservations. It was very busy; always a good sign!

We had the Crispy Battered Pickerel and Chips and the Manitoulin Island Trout. Both were plated super nicely and tasted divine - there was absolutely nothing left on our plates when we were done!
