Easy to get a quote, easy to schedule. The price was the same as the quote. It was quick and everyone there was nice and professional. Didn’t need to ask were to go or have a long wait. Everyone was on top of their game! Great service! Windshield looks great, even put the oil change and inspection sticker on the new windshield and vacuumed, which was a pleasant surprise!!

My windshield was replaced on 7/9/2026 on my 1 year old Mercedes and when I looked at it the next morning there was a chip in the paint on the window frame. No one said anything about it. Who ever did the job had to have noticed it. I hope they do the right thing and make thinks right.

Windshield replacement was fine but they parked my vehicle in the mud after and got it stuck. Looked like they were just spinning the tires and beating on my truck to get it unstuck. Was completely covered in mud and no effort was made to clean it or mention of it until I complained to the manager. They then booked a cleaning service 2 weeks later after just asking me to drive thru a car wash.

I would highly recommend Safelite AutoGlass. The technicians arrived on time. They (John and Jovan) were professional, efficient and friendly. The replacement of the windshield took less than 45 minutes. I did appreciate the convenience of the techs coming to my house.

I made 2 appointments prior to this one and the technician cancelled last minute for both of them after I already had to take the day off from work and loss pay. Then the send a picture of a guy said the name was Caitlyn and a young girl came out. Definitely would not recommend them go elsewhere I was recommended to them and was told they were so much cheaper than their competitors and it ended up being the same amount with a lot more headaches.
