In previous years I have had great experiences at this clinic. Dr. Bahoshy is a great doctor. He is very caring and completes comprehensive exams. However, after my most recent eye exam (in May) and follow up when new prescription issues causing headaches, Dr Bahoshy, adjusted my new prescription. It has taken several months to resolve the issue with the new eyeglasses.

However, presently I have been waiting one month for new prescription for my sunglasses to be returned. I called last week and was told they were almost ready for pick up. I called again two days ago and was told somebody would call back with an update (which did not occur). I called again today and was told it will take an additional week and a half to receive the sunglasses with no explanation or reason for the delay.

I feel once the money is paid up front the customer service response has been poor at this clinic with little information provided on reason for delays. I have started to wear my old prescription glasses due to the challenges of wearing two different prescriptions for my eyeglasses and sunglasses over the past month.

I will look for another clinic for future eye exams due to this clinic does not appear to place many resources or customer service focus on resolving prescription issues in a timely fashion.

I had such a pleasant experience here. My son is just a toddler and was so nervous to have his eyes tested. All of the employees were so welcoming and encouraging for him, especially Lisa who went out of her way to go purchase a lollipop for my son, she was so sweet and took care of him as if he was her own!

Great location

I had a great experience with Dr. Bahoshy. He is very professional, patient, and took the time to explain my eye exam results and answer all of my questions. The staff was friendly, the office was clean and well organized, and I didn't have to wait long for my appointment. I felt well cared for and would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for an eye doctor.

I’ve been coming here with my two daughters for the past few years, and every visit has been a wonderful experience. The entire team is always so kind, welcoming, and helpful, and they consistently make us feel comfortable from the moment we walk in. The wait times are always quick, which is something I really appreciate, especially with kids. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their patients and provide excellent service. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a friendly, professional, and efficient eye care team!

Dr Bahoshay is a very kind person. He is expert in his field. My son and I have been visiting him for more than 3 years. Each visit is satisfied with good care and right guidance. His staff is very good. I highly recommend his services.
