We are very happy patients at Waterloo West Optometry! We typically see Dr. Fitzpatrick, and he has always been very proactive with our family's eye care (adults, and children from a very young age). He is thorough and always makes sure we understand the reasons for his care recommendations. All of the staff are incredibly kind, helpful and knowledgeable.

Dr. Fitzpatrick is the absolute best. He may always be behind but it's because he takes the time with each patient. The time and care he gives to each patient is amazing. He is so knowledgably and good at what he does. I look forward to going to the eye doctor. Waterloo West Optometry is worth my 1/2 hour drive.
