Great office! Been coming for years. The office staff is always very pleasant and helpful, with appointment reminders or anything else needed related to appointments. The optometrist(s) are highly skilled and take time to answer any questions. I have never felt rushed through an appointment, neither by my previous, now retired, optometrist, nor by my current one. I have recommended friends to this office in the past, and they are equally pleased. Thank you Waterloo West Optometry.

We are very happy patients at Waterloo West Optometry! We typically see Dr. Fitzpatrick, and he has always been very proactive with our family's eye care (adults, and children from a very young age). He is thorough and always makes sure we understand the reasons for his care recommendations. All of the staff are incredibly kind, helpful and knowledgeable.

I had a great experience with Dr. Beaton at the optometry clinic. Dr. Beaton is very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. The staff was also friendly and helpful, and the overall service was excellent. I really appreciated the attention to detail, kindness, and genuine care shown during my visit.

Dr. Fitzpatrick is the absolute best. He may always be behind but it's because he takes the time with each patient. The time and care he gives to each patient is amazing. He is so knowledgably and good at what he does. I look forward to going to the eye doctor. Waterloo West Optometry is worth my 1/2 hour drive.
