We needed 3 glass shelves for our curio cabinet. Called Richardson glass and they sent someone out to take measurements and give us a price. The price was right and we picked up the shelves within 2 days of ordering! (Your time frames may vary). The Richardson glass office\wharehouse was easy to get to and the main entrance was right out front with plenty of parking. The inside was immaculate with seating available (if needed). The lady at the main desk was nice, professional and friendly. If you are in the Newark, Ohio area and need custom glass items made I highly recommend Richardson Glass.

Very friendly people and quick service. Had a chip in my windshield. Called them up and was in the next day. Wasn't there 25 minutes. Window fixed and on my way. Very good price too!

Richardson did an amazing job on my home in Lancaster. The professionalism and quality of work was outstanding. Ron and staff went above and beyond to make sure this very difficult job was done right. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. Highly recommend them!

I paid richardsons to cut my glass for my 1930 tudor sedan. When i got my window frame back from the painter i took it to richardsons to have them install the glass in the frame.they charged me $107.for install.my 5year old grandson could have done better.the scatched the paint bad in multiple places.they couldnt get the top gap to close so they filled it with caulking. The sealant they used around the glass was apparently tried to get smoothed when almost dry it was so rough.$107.waisted.

I took my Newmar Motorhome to these Richardson to have the front windshield replace .They told me they work on motorhomes all the time. Worst install job ever ! Terrible work. I would never recommend.
